We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at FÉLIE home & interiors. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our logistics process, from packaging and sending parcels to coordinating deliveries and drop offs and collections. You will also be responsible for maintaining our inventory and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and to budget. Management of facilities, warehouse coordination and stock control. Quality control checks are an essential part of this role as we have a standard to keep for our clientele.
• Manage the entire logistics process, from ordering and receiving furniture and materials to coordinating deliveries and installation
• Maintain inventory and ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and to budget
• Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues with orders
• Work with the design team to ensure that all deliveries and installations meet their specifications
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
As a Logistics coordinator, you will be highly passionate about organisation, customer service and a great eye for attention to detail. You’ll possess great knowledge of order fulfillment and managing orders online and stock in a warehouse environment.
