As a Midweight-level Interior Architect reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll assist in delivering a wide range of luxury residential projects. You will assist the Senior Designers and be capable of independently running small to medium sized projects yourself. Duties will include full site measurements, coordinating subcontractors, producing detailed design intent information including 1:20 plans, elevations and RCP, schedules and associated project documents.
You will develop high standard design intent drawing, work on FF&E schedules, deliver mood boards and carry out detailed and accurate drawing packages. You will also work closely with the procurement team, monitor budgets, create and maintain the installation schedule for each project and carry out site and supplier visits to ensure high standards. Finally, you will perform snagging reports and efficient recording of information.
As a Luxury Residential Interior Architect, ideally with a degree in Interior Design or Architecture (or equivalent work experience), you will have previous experience working on projects in London with a good knowledge of the market. You’ll possess great knowledge of Interior Architecture & Design as well as FF&E products, finishes, their fabrication techniques and operational applications.
